Gordon is one of the big success stories of the company, having joined in 1991 and worked his way up to managing a team of 400 field operatives.

Always on the lookout for staff who excel at their job, Gordon relishes nothing more than seeing members of his team advancing in the same way as he has done, through the various training programs that he has sought out or put together.

As the demands of the role have increased over the years, Gordon has adapted and built a strong team around him to manage the company’s ISO, SIA Approved Contractor and other accreditations.
