Terry joined the company in 2017 & is now the Client Services Manager for GroupNexus. 

A long career dedicated to excellence in customer service has seen Terry operate in many environments. Starting out in Telephony & then IT Field Operations to delivering POS services across the UK, Ireland & Poland.

Terry is responsible for the upkeep of all the onsite ANPR equipment, from cameras to payment terminals, managing supplier contracts & client SLAs. He has also taken the role of setting up the Hard FM services as GroupNexus widen their portfolio into this area.

Terry is driven by improving every interaction our Clients have with GroupNexus.
