Clive joined the Group as it’s In-House Legal Legal Counsel in 2018.

Clive qualified to practise law in South Africa and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is also qualified as Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand and in New South Wales, Australia. Clive has practised as  a partner in law firms in Central London and in Auckland New Zealand undertaking work involving company and commercial law, franchise law, commercial property, intellectual property and also litigation matters.

With his wide ranging experience gained in over 40 years in legal practice, Clive brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business with specialist help to the business in the area of contracts which is so important.
