As a co-founder of the business, Ian has seen the company grow from a start-up, to one of the leading car park management companies in the UK employing over 450 people with over 1,200 sites under management.

As Operations Director Ian is particularly proud of the company’s staff retention rate and even prouder of the fact that his top-level management team of Operations Managers have all been promoted from within. He believes this shows the value the company has derived from its investment in training and personal development.

Although the industry has changed dramatically since Ian began his career in 1991, he is key to ensuring that the values that helped the company grow, such as a quality service and putting the customer first, are maintained through the training programs, processes and company ethos.
