Following experience in the Manufacturing and Service industries, Lena joined CP Plus in 2002.

Qualified to CIPD accreditation in Human Resources, Lena introduced the Timegate Management system to increase employee and customer information with ‘Time’ and ‘Attendance’ as key functions, thus enabling GroupNexus to improve performance and employee wellbeing.

Lena continues to expand her knowledge, offering support and advice on new and forthcoming employment legislation – ensuring that we are always one step ahead of the ever-changing employment world.

Outside of work Lena has a large family that keeps her remarkably busy, alongside planning for her next dream holiday!
