Reimagining Urban Spaces
April 1, 2025
GroupNexus is celebrating a strong start to 2025, having secured 100 new sites in the first half of the year across a diverse and expanding portfolio. The growth spans retail, NHS estates, leisure, hotels, and increasingly, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) – a new and fast-developing sector for the company.
This continued momentum reflects both the strength of GroupNexus’ long-term client relationships and the growing demand for its innovative, data-led parking and estate management solutions.
“Our ability to scale within existing client portfolios while also entering new sectors like AONBs is a testament to the adaptability of our products and the trust we’ve built in the market,” said Elli Morris, Director GroupNexus.
By leveraging advanced ANPR technology, dynamic reporting tools, and a customer-centric approach, GroupNexus is helping landowners and managing agents unlock new value from their assets – whether in city centres, healthcare, or environmentally sensitive rural destinations.
In particular, GroupNexus offers clients deep insights into usage patterns, visitor behaviour, and site performance – which include carbon emissions, type of vehicle, and distance travelled by customers; insights that are increasingly important in a property market where efficiency and ESG are critical drivers.
Their investment in customer-focused product development is reaping dividends, including the recent launch of their blue badge registration system for disabled drivers which now has nearly 30,000 drivers registered over the last six months, an EV bay capacity monitoring system, and an NFC validation device for units like gyms and conference centres.
As the year progresses, the business is continuing to see strong interest from clients looking for flexible, tech-enabled estate strategies that go beyond traditional parking management. With an additional 250 sites already planned for H2 of 2025.
“We’re excited by the opportunities ahead; especially in sectors like hospitality, healthcare, retail, and most recently – natural spaces, where thoughtful visitor management is more important than ever,” added Morris.
With a growing footprint and an expanding toolkit of intelligent solutions, GroupNexus is well-positioned to support clients in maximising the value of their sites in a rapidly evolving property landscape.
